Welcome Senior Parents of 2010
January 14th, 2010
The Liberty High School Senior Parents Committee believes in working together for the sole purpose of exhibiting school spirit for our students and making their senior year one to remember.
Dates to Remember
- April 10 – Prom at the Cotton Mill in McKinney
Students/Teachers/Administrators are currently working on details.
- April ?: Powder Puff Football Game – Student Council is currently working on the details. It will probably be held in April and the profit will go to the Senior class to use for the Class gift and/or the Senior Breakfast.
- May 21 or May 28: Senior Day: Seniors may attend this event or go to class. Most plausible ideas are Six Flags or day out at Bill Bates Ranch. BBR can provide “carnival” activities for the kids. More information will be provided and we will do an informal survey of the kids to see which they prefer.
- May 18: Baccalaureate rehearsal at First United Methodist Church on Preston Road. Time will be published later.
- May 23, 2:00 PM: Baccalaureate at First United Methodist Church on Preston Road.
- June 4, from 8:00 – 10:00 am: Senior Breakfast: Traditionally, this is held the day of the graduation rehearsal. This is one of the last times for all the Seniors to be together.
- June 5, 2010, at 6:00 PM: Liberty High School graduation. Details will be posted as they become available.
- After Graduation Trip – Possible Trip during June to Universal Studios by bus. Further details will be published as they are available.
